THE HGG PROJECT-
Since 2009, the Agiorgiti Residence in collaboration with Historic Greek Gastronomy Project (HGG) and la Chocolatiere Catering, has made available exclusive gastronomic experiences, reflecting the Ancient, Byzantine and other culinary traditions of Greek heritage. These cultural experiences have been experienced by embassies, corporate and cultural institutions, as well as private individuals, who prefered to serve gourmet ancient food as an alternative. The HGG menus are researched by archaeologists, food-historians, sommeliers and other experts. The result is authentic, unaltered historic food served in a gourmet contemporary style. All menus are escorted by an exhibition of museum-quality reproductions relevant to the Classical period. The catered menus can be experienced n the following forms:
