ANCIENT GREEK GOURMET GASTRONOMY
Since 2009, the Agiorgiti Residence in collaboration with Historic Greek Gastronomy Project (HGG) and la Chocolatiere Catering, has hosted many exclusive gastronomic experiences, reflecting the Ancient, Byzantine and other culinary traditions of Greek heritage.
Clients include embassies, corporate and cultural institutions, as well as private individuals, who prefered to serve gourmet ancient food as an alternative.
The HGG menus are researched, authentic and historic and are served in a gourmet contemporary style. Catered menus can be experienced in cocktail, flying menu, buffet or served-seated form or bespoke wine-pairing degustation.
All menus contain a exhibition of ancient-tableware relevant to the period.
Prices range from 22 Euro - 190 Euro per/person depending on the menu.
